We are confident that you will love your new purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason you may return or donate your products(s) for a refund of the product(s) cost.

If your item(s) have arrived damaged or defective, please contact Customer Support so we may properly assist you.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• Returned products(s) must have been purchased via modkat.com

• Returns must occur within 30 days of product delivery

• Exchanges are not offered

U.S. Return Fees
Litter Boxes, Litter Keepers, and Scratchers will have a $10 Return Shipping Fee deducted from the final refund. All other products are free to return.

Donate

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• Donated product(s) must have been purchased via modkat.com

• Donation must occur within 45 Days of product delivery

• Donation of more than 3 items must be pre-approved by Customer Support

• A valid donation receipt must be provided from the accepting organization

  • The receipt must mention the donated product(s)

  • Alternatively, a photo of the establishment with the donated product(s) may suffice

Donate - No Fees!
We fully encourage donating unwanted products to a local shelter, rescue, or other non-profit organization. Donation feels great, reduces waste and will save you from any applicable return fees!
