We are confident that you will love your new Modkat litter box, however, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply let us know within 30 days and we will refund the full purchase price.

 

All Modkat liner, mat, scratchers and accessory returns must be unopened, in original packaging, and in like-new condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee on these items.

 

Returned items must be purchased directly from modkat.com, modkat.ca or modkat.eu. Any original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. After 30 days we reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange.
