Will my dog be able to get into Modkat XL?

When Modkat XL is used in its top-entry configuration with the reusable liner it's very difficult for dogs to access. The top entrance is very hard for a dog to maneuver into. And, Modkat XL is very stable, it's practically impossible for most dogs to tip over.
